All those interested in maintaining

foods. Why? For good reason, green foods are one of the most concentrated

Greens are a rich
source of chlorophyll. This green pigment cleanses, purifies, stimulates the
regeneration of tissues and strengthens the cell walls, to mention just a few of
its functions. Greens also contain minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and amino
acids. My two favorite green formulas are “The Perfect Food” by Garden of

My favorite “green” is nettle leaf,
also known as stinging nettle. Nettle is a rich source of B vitamins, silica,
vitamin C, iron, sulfur, minerals, trace minerals and other nutrients. Nettles
help alleviate allergies by building up the adrenal glands, and because it
contains the antihistamine bioflavonoid quercetin. It is an excellent herb for
cancer patients since it is both nutritious to the body, and it helps to starve
cancer cells by removing lactic acid from the blood. If not removed from the
blood, lactic acid will be converted back in to glucose, which feeds cancer
cells. Nettle also removes uric acid from the blood, reducing symptoms of
gout. Nettle leaf dissolves both uric acid and calcium oxalate kidney stones.
The high mineral content of nettle makes it useful for alkalinizing the blood,
and is an excellent nutritional source for pregnant and lactating women. Sterols
found in nettle help reduce inflammation and make it particularly useful for
enlarged prostate in men. Nettle tea makes an excellent hair rinse, and helps
prevent male pattern baldness.

our wellness, and to keep our body balanced. Did you know that 95% of people

Speaking Words of Wisdom
The whole planet is
green, and to thrive and become super beings of vibrant health we must ingest
greens. Everything that you see that has green color in it like trees, plants,
etc. comes from the pigment chlorophyll. It is no wonder that chlorophyll is
almost identical in composition to our blood (hemoglobin), for they share a
structure called the porphyrin. In the center of chlorophyll is the atom bond
magnesium and in the center of our blood it’s iron. It’s very easy for our
bodies to make this elemental switch, building the blood and fortifying the
whole body.
I recommend staying away from liquid chlorophyll. (Ask me why?) Now Chlorella
(Chlorococcales) is the most abundant source of chlorophyll on earth and is also
earth’s oldest plant life. Chlorella is a complete food supplying 17 vitamins,
14 minerals, 4 dietary fibers, and is one of nature’s highest sources of organic
iron. Chlorella has a natural growth hormone (CGF), and has the strongest power
of utilizing the solar energy among all known plants on earth. The list of
